TRIP HIGHLIGHTS
-Visiting the world famous endangered Rothschild Giraffes at The Giraffe Center and visiting the Karen Blixen museum (Karen Blixen is the Author of the widely acclaimed book OUT OF AFRICA of which she penned using the pen name "Isak Dinesen") where we will get to see her former home (now a museum).
- A heart stirring and head spinning Balloon ride over the Maasai Mara to which our guests will be greeted with a sumptuous Champagne breakfast out in the African bush as a treat for the early morning call to embark on the day's Safari.
- Having a Sundowner in a beach bar surrounded by nothing but happy people with your favorite drinks in one hand and your partner on the other!

ITINERARY
Day 1 - Our guests will be picked up by our tour leader from JOMO KENYATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT for The TRIBE HOTEL, NAIROBI. On this day our guests will get to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities and amenities as well as to stroll the nearby VILLAGE MARKET MALL for some retail therapy.
Day 2 - Our guests will be picked up from the hotel at 10am and transferred to the DAVID SHELDRICK ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE then at noon we will depart for the nearby Giraffe center to have an intimate interaction with the endangered Rothschild giraffes and then have a lunch break at a nearby local restaurant afterwards they will return to the hotel to prepare for the next day's flight down to the Maasai Mara.
Day 3 - Morning pick up from the TRIBE HOTEL to catch an hour's flight at WILSON AIRPORT for THE MAASAI MARA, then our guests will be transferred to one of the finest properties in the Mara, ANGAMA MARA ("Angama" in swahili means "suspended in air" as the property is perched high up a cliff looking down at the Mara escarpment) where they will get to soak in clean refreshing air that is hard to come by in most of the big cities of the world. Our guests will have an afternoon game drive in their private Safari vehicle with every guest guaranteed a window seat. Afterwards, our guests will return to camp where they will get to clean up, refresh and relax as they wait for the sumptuous dinner later at night .
Day 4 - Early morning pick up from camp (no alarm snoozes on this day) for a balloon ride over the Maasai Mara followed by a Champagne breakfast then have a comprehensive game drive to track the big cats of the Mara.
Day 5 - Morning guided walk on the Mara escarpment followed by lunch then another afternoon game drive .
Day 6 - Morning pick up from camp to the Airstrip for a flight down to Ukunda airstrip and the transfer to ALFAJIRI villas which will be your accommodation for the period spent in Diani.
Day 7 - Morning visit to KISITE MPUNGUTI MARINE PARK for a Marine park tour as well as some snorkelling in the INDIAN OCEAN. This will be followed by lunch at midday then a visit to see the ancient Kongo Mosque to see the architecture, to be educated on the history of the area as well as the culture of the communities living in this particular area. Later on our guests will be transported back to accommodation to relax and have a sundowner at the property.
Day 8 - In the morning our guests will get to visit to the Diani Beach Art gallery and also get visit to the local villages/community projects.
Day 9 - Morning pickup from the resort for Ukunda Airstrip for a flight back to Nairobi and then transfer to The TRIBE HOTEL for relaxation and prepare for the following day's flight back home.
Day 10 - Morning pick up from the hotel to the Airport for the flight back home.
